Options: Bowling, Movie, Shopping, Visit Chinook Winds Casino (free shuttle provided), or do whatever you want to do!
Wednesday, July 23, 2008: Departure day- Reunion ends.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel Reservations at the Residence Inn Marriott Hotel for the 1st Thomas Family Reunion must be made directly with Marriott Reservations by each individual family who will be attending.
The number to call for your reservation is 1-800-331-3131 or 503-285-9888. When you call to make your reservation, ask for the Thomas Family Reunion group rate to receive a discount on your room. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card in order to secure your reservation.
The deadline to make your reservation and receive the Thomas Family Reunion group rate is Monday, June 2, 2008. After the deadline, your room discount at the group rate cannot be guaranteed. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you need to schedule your hotel dates longer and beyond the Saturday and Sunday of the week of the reunion, please call Tara, your hotel reservationist directly at 503-445-9052.
Hotel Group Room Rates
One Bedroom-$151.88 per night (this includes taxes)-Accomodates up to 4 people. (1 King sized bed, and 1 Full sized pullout couch)
Two Bedrooms-$174.88 per night (this includes taxes)-Accomodates up to 6 people. ( 2 Queen sized beds, 1 Full sized pullout couch, and 2 Full sized bathrooms).
